A 24,000-square-foot food hall with cuisines from around the world plans to open at Resorts World. Zouk Group, the Singapore-based nightlife and restaurant company behind Famous Foods Street Eats, dubs the food hall an ode to hawker centers found in Southeastern Asia and pulled some of their favorites to fill it. Famous Foods, which sits just off the casino floor of the resort that opens this summer on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, plans to showcase a cornucopia of Asian foods with a heaping helping of Michelin Bib Gourmands and Michelin Plates. Dumplings out of Hong Kong, lechon from the Philippines, Thai beef noodle soup, and fried noodles join outposts from chef Marcus Samuelsson and deejay Steve Aoki among the 16 stalls planned for the food hall that includes a center bar and speakeasy. 1. Best thing about street food is that it’s super cheap and slightly dangerous. I can guarantee this won’t be cheap at all! Although maybe still dangerous depending how close to circus circus this is.

  2. Excited but pretty sure we’ll be paying an arm and a leg when actual street food is only a cents to a few dollars.
