I bought 2 tickets to Shania Twain’s concert on May 30th and it was obviously canceled. I have been requesting a refund since the beginning of May, I have sent more than 6 emails to customerservice@vegas.com and I have not received the refund on my credit card so far and absolutely no return. Bad service and disregard for your customers! Caution !!! #vegascom #terribleservice @vegascom
