One of several highlights from last night’s collaboration dinner with @kaiseki_yuzu and @partagelv was the Zensai course, which featured excellent bites from each chef including uni wrapped in A5 Wagyu beef grilled over binchotan (Japanese charcoal) with a hit of straw smoke flavor and wasabi. I could have had about 50 of these! 😂

  1. Uni wrapped in wagyu!?!? Definitely won’t suck, but I feel it might be a waste of delicious delicate sea urchin that’s best savored with similarly light flavors. No?
