Restaurants may be taking a slower approach to opening in 2021, but already a number of big names and fan favorites plan to make their debuts this spring. Virgin Hotels brings 12 new food and beverage outlets to the former Hard Rock Hotel, while Caesars Palace gets a new restaurant from Bobby Flay and a sports bar. The Venetian lands Estiatorio Milos, which moved from the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. David Chang has a new spot coming to the Cosmopolitan. And then there’s the fan favorites — Mr. Fries Man and Bob’s Big Boy — opening new locations in Las Vegas. Find out about the most anticipated new restaurants opening this spring.
