Flashback to traveling and the last time I was in Taipei indulging in Michelin Star rated Three Coins restaurant’s Peking Duck.

They only sell 20 a day and need to be reserved a few days in advance. A ridiculously crispy and juicy arrives to the table with the carcass being cooked for a crazy good soup as the final course of the night.

Quite a few people on TikTok were upset over how the server cut the duck, but I don’t mind it a little meaty at all.
