  1. Hello – I have tried calling, leaving voicemails as instructed to keep my place in line, and no response. I purchased tickets with you for a show at the mirage on 3/17 that has now been cancelled. What do i do??

  4. I booked a hotel room at Excalibur for April 8-11. My reservation was canceled by you guys due to the coronavirus yet I spoke with MGM and they confirmed that my reservation is not affected as they will be reopening April 2. I cannot get through by phone at all. Can someone please respond to me and let me know why my reservation was canceled?
