This sweet treat is the perfect #MothersDay dessert! Build your own Vegas-certified Lava Cake courtesy of Executive Pastry Chef Christophe Feyt! #VegasAtHome #TogetherAtHome

Cake Ingredients:
4 1/4 ounces dark chocolate (64% cocoa or more)
9 tablespoons butter
2 whole large eggs
3 large yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour Garnish Ingredients:
1 pint strawberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar for cream
10 oz chocolate decorSteps:
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler over simmering water. Use a spatula to mix. Combine the yolks, eggs and sugar in a bowl, and whisk well for 1 minute. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the egg/sugar mixture, and whisk well to combine. Add the sifted flour to the mixture, and whisk just until combined. Pour the mixture into lightly greased ramekins until 3/4 full. Place ramekins on a sheet pan and bake in a 380-degree oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set. Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then flip onto a plate. Whip the heavy cream with sugar until it forms soft peaks, and keep cold. Decorate cake with powdered sugar, a dollop of the whipped cream, and the berries. Enjoy!
